The hospital has a well-functioning Dept. of Laboratory Medicine.

National Institute of Cholera & Enteric Diseases a unit of the Indian Council of Medical Research has its second campus within the premises of the hospital.

There is a microbiology Laboratory of ICMR within our building helping us with a different diagnosis.
